Did you really pull those straps tightly around? Go for it! There are multiple zones of elasticity so you stay comfortable with very secure fit. Make sure MDP is on correctly:

1. Slide over head of penis with straps hanging from the bottom and open edges on the side
   
2. Make sure the tip is up against the deepest part of the sleeve pocket
   
3. Pull straps around and over top of the shaft tightly – adhering to the MDP

This version of MDP does not support medium and heavy incontinence – a fully soaked MDP may become too heavy and fall from the penis.
